FAQ
Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses?
Yes! We deliver, set up, and sanitize every unit before your event starts.
NOTE: ALL EVENTS WILL HAVE AN ATTENDANCE [S] WITH ALL EQUIPMENT DELIVERY. We stay at the event and supervise the volunteers for the children. No volunteers?.... then we will compromise to get your event done.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
You should book at least 60 days in advance to reserve the date and time for payment and paperwork processing.

Do we do drop offs?
No we do not, it’s a liability. We are there from start to finish to ensure the safety and fulfilled event you paid for . No exceptions!

What is your refund policy?
Any cancellation due to inclement weather should be postponed, but if customer decides to go ahead rain or shine the deposit is non refundable / or if we show up and after several attempts to make the event work and it cannot go forward due to inclement weather or customers decision to cancel the event will be completed

How long does it take to set up the bounce house?
We arrive 2 hours prior to your event start time to set up-- depending your order. For example... a normal bounce house takes 20 minutes to set up, extra additional equipment can take up to 1 hour ….
Do you have insurance?
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. Our commercial general liability insurance protects us in the event of accidents caused by our equipment or staff. We also carry equipment insurance for added protection. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available by request and we can add your venue or name as an additional insured if needed

Does your insurance cover me personally if someone gets hurt?
Our insurance protects our business and equipment — not renters personally. If someone is injured due to our equipment or setup, our policy kicks in. However, our coverage does not automatically extend to protect you as the renter. In rare cases where a guest decides to pursue legal action against you directly (a real buzzkill move), that would typically be handled by your homeowner’s or event insurance. The good news? If you want added peace of mind, we can list you as an additional insured on our policy for your specific event — just ask, and we’ll handle it.

Is the type of surface where the water slide is grounded important?
Yes, the surface matters. Water slides must be set up on level, soft ground — ideally grass. For safety reasons, we do not allow setup on concrete, gravel, or rocks when using water.

How much room is needed for a bounce house and what surfaces can it be set up on?
You’ll need a level area about 4 feet wider and longer than the inflatable’s footprint, with at least 24 feet of vertical clearance. We can set up on grass, turf, pavement, or inside gyms — just let us know ahead of time so we can bring the right anchors!

Do you set up in parks?
We sure do! Just check with your park for permit requirements. If no power is available, you’ll need to rent a generator — and we’ve got those, too.

What kind of power is required?
Each inflatable must be within 75 feet of an outlet. We supply heavy-duty extension cords and can provide generators if needed. You’ll see power needs listed on each rental’s page.

Are inflatables safe?
Yes — when used properly. Every unit is cleaned, inspected, and tested. We also provide clear safety instructions and require adult supervision at all times during use.

Still have questions?
No problem. Just reach out and we’ll be happy to help!
